Why was my cigarette/cigar thread locked?
As far as I can see, it doesnt break any of the rules.

1. Respect ALL other riders, new or old, motorized or kick, number of wheels is irrelevant.

2. No cursing, cussing, swearing or any other unnecessary vulgar language of the sort.

3. Never tell people they suck or that you are better then them, rather, give them advice to help them improve.

4. Do not demand respect without a video and even then don't demand respect.

5. Do not make stupid posts or spam existing posts.

6. No porn or related links.

7. No pirated music or movies.

8. No Racism.

9. No "profit" advertising in the forums.

10. No drug or alcohol related threads, this includes "Posting Under the Influence".

Would somebody like to inform me what rule that thread broke? Because I'm not seeing it...

brian boston had a cigar thread that had 3 pages awhile back that didnt get locked, ryan divett or whatver his name is had a huge thread on quitting smoking, so did brian i think.

and there was no arguing in the thread or anything.
it looks like greg just came in and locked it cuz he doesnt like smoking? idk.

im not gonna bitch about it, but i think its pretty gay that mods can lock shit just cuz they dont like the topic personally.

not really. think about it this way. there are a lot of younger riders in this forum and they all look up to the older better riders. so when they see these people that they look up to posting in a thread and talking about their favourite types of cigarettes then they might possibly take up smoking just because their favourite rider smokes or what not. not to mention that smoking is extremely harmful to your body so proffessional athletes like us scooter riders shouldn't be smoking them anyways.

first bold: then thats their fault. if they have their lips wrapped so tightly around the throbbing dick of the scooter community that they start smoking just because their favorite rider does, then that sucks for them. its their choice whether or not they wanna start smoking.
