^So I was screwing around and I did a couple x ups and I realized why not try a 180 or 360 x up. So I tried that for a couple minutes and I was wondering as to what you need to do to perform a correct x up.
Do you need to twist the bars full 180 then back around. Or do you twist them 90 degrees so the wheel is horizontal and then back around.
Which way is correct? This is a pretty pointless trick but I thought it might be cool to try and film a 360 x up down my 4 stair and put it on YouTube and on here. Thanks
