XBox 360 problem

so i recently sent in my xbox to a repair center because it couldnt read any sort of discs so when it finally came back yesterday i see a letter that they sent it back non-repaired because it was tampered with.......wtf

that sucks i did the towel trick with mine when i got red ring
and they still fixed it after it broke again.
