I feel like there is a thread on this somewhere... I'll try and find something on it
How long have you had your wheels if I may ask? And are you planning on riding in hospitals or what...? sorry if i seem confused a bit from the idea of recoloring the polyurethane of wheels that get dirty nevertheless.

Is not worth it to whiten your proto wheels again. Just ride your scooter and don't worry about how it looks, you will progress much faster when you stop worrying about it
