the weld on my inward fork gussets be crackin. :( is it going to get bigger and break off? is this bad? it was small 2 days ago. like a small spec. but now i look at it and its getting bigger

k so i sent him the pics. but im not sending it back. im going to get my uncle to put a few spot welds under the gusset. i dont feel like waiting to get a new and stuff and the dude must be swamped so yea.

thats what i was thinking at firs put why would the paint randomly crack like that unless the weld is cracking too. that spot never gets touched so the weld has to be cracking

If that fork is powdercoated, then are you sure it's not just the paint that has cracked?

I knew there was gonna be a problem with these eventually, it seemed to quickly and mass produced to all be running well..

idk what to think at this point. there good forks. i dont want to bash them. just need to be worked on i guess. its fine as of now but if it gets bigger then why even have gussets if there weak.
