mine was 90 with a .120 wall. i reinforced it though. no way the tube will break. and zolof stfu

guys, you've got to remember that this is his first attempt at making forks.

hardly any of you were around when SR v.1 forks came out. there were a handful of people to break or bend them. theres a reason andrew is working on the v.3 for right now.

so please don't automatically think "eww inward sucks ew" just because someones first gen fork has a tiny crack.

I bet the metal is just under a bit of stress and it caused the powdercoating to crack, it will eventually crack the metal though.

steven you should really try and tig weld your forks sir, its alot stronger/cleaner =)

nah like ive said before. i sanded the powdercoat down and there is a crack.

that second fork def has a big crack. its because there is no gussets. if i were you i would just put a small weld there cuz that could be a nasty fall if you hit it right.
