we have nicer things than you had back then, why not use them? when i started riding, a lot of the parts that are out now weren't available. the best scooters had old sr forks, buffs, and old yaks. and they were rare. people now can get good quality parts, so why should they ride lower quality stuff? there's no reason; if somebody has the money for parts that will last longer and parts that are stronger than they should buy them. you're making a very general statement, not all people are like that.

it's threads like these that just cause arguments.

thats wher eyour wrong. its common sence to respect your elders. we had nothing to rid ebut new a models. we rode before scooterflips were invented. weve done EVERY trick out there. we now chose to say fuck that. who do i need to impress? some 13 year old? no. ill do a tailwhip and a 1 hander if i want. nobody is demanding your respect. infact we could all careless if you respect us or not. but not to like/respect and be annoying and stupid are 2 completly different things. you guys should learn some common sense. Eric can tailwhip whatever way he wants. ill tailwhip whatever way I want and how ever many times I want. sorry we dont ride 38 wide and do turndowns and gay shit like that. sorry wed prefer to dub or tripple a 10 set. thats us. so stop worrying about other fucking people. and start getting off your ass; and riding your scooter. ive been riding everyday. i suggest you all do the same. it makes scootering alot more fun when your not worried about some douche scooter kid like you or john radtke.
