I hated the mgp, Phoenix was good, tsi is amazing in most aspects, but districts are amazing overall so I'd have to say district v2

I voted Proto but TSI deserves to win. Best deck for strength and versatiliy, I mean look at how Tyler Bonner rode his before he was on MGP. Look at how Hep Greg and Dylan Kasson ride theirs. Then look at how Stan rode his and KC Korning too. I could name tons of people who shred on a TSI, and all of them have different styles. TSI is the best all-around deck.
