It was actually really fun. I'm looking forward to doing it next time I break a wheel. I'm going to put a MGP wheel on the back tomorrow so it breaks, then I'm going to party on it :p

Ralph, you have started an awesome trend, you should wait until heaps of people do it then create a "your drifting wheel thread"

That was Rob's first time. We went out to a back road surrounded by farms at around 12am in the 40 degree heat lol. The wheels were surviving rather long haha. We do tricks with them. No handed slides are defiantly my favorite. Old A was dragging like a mother.

I have a scooter specifically designed for downhill drifting. Let it be known that Ralph Beam up there invented the sub-sport.

I'm doing it now with a DEHUBBING proto metalcore. It's on it's last leg glue wise (as in, about 300 degrees is separating, the other 60 is glued still)
It's lasting hella long.

edit:
can slides, candy bar slides, no hand slides, fish tailing everywhere, so fun.
finally a use for plastic wheels

I was powersliding (that's drifting brakeless) and I pushed out WAAAAY hard and the wheel couldn't take it and just dehubbed on the spot hahaha
