I'm pretty sure that it is not reinforced. If it has a weld on the back of the neck at the bottom it is not reinforced.

its one of the first reinforced versions from 09 it was essentially the old old tsi just with a plate welded on the headtube only. the new ones are made of a stronger metal and have a doubler reinforcement that goes from the base of the deck to the head tube with no excess welds
