YOUR BROKEN SCOOTER

Steve, get some strong ass glue, pour it into the core, then force the urethane back on using a vice. It might just work. What have you got to lose?

Also, Blaine, stop riding on the damn road. You can't expect any wheel to be able to withstand rough asphalt and not turn out like your Eagle.

good waste of 55 bucks...lasted like 3 weeks

whats the like part actualy mean, cause that wheel dont look 3 weeks old/used if so you sure rape wheels good, so i take its the way you ride which makes this happen, cause that wheel looks like its go to hell & back before it chunked
like is not a full 3 weeks, lasted 17 days, just didnt want to be like"oh this lasted 17 days i counted each day that pasted" lol...oh and sorry i dont have a park less than 10 miles from my house and i cant drive...my plastic cores never chunked like that so it must not be the "rough asphalt" jason

I think the problem with protos is the core not having a piece of metal that gos into the urethene so theres really nothing for the urethene to hold on to.

i dont thing thats the best idea for metal core wheels, only weakens the wheel

the problem is im sure the channel in the core to hold in the PU when its moulded round the core, as jason said maybe try glue it in but again once the glue breaks free the PU will seperate again
