That's how I feel, mine's still absolutely perfect and I've hit up a lottt of street stuff on it a lot lately. No cracks or anything, it's still perfect.

It didnt have cracks or anything, haha. But blunt stuff is all liquid metal poured into a shape and then welded

seriously? no wonder why there so week... that would mate it really brittle and easy to snap... if it is CNC machined all it dose is take the metal away from the bits its cutting... not effecting the overall strength of the metal... i bet i sound like a nerd... -__-

Not really, it just shows that you know what your talking about. :)

if you weld something and just dunk it in water it can fuck up the welds (based on oxy welding coz its happened to me) pree much the same thing...

You are a fool haha.
Downtube and deck are extruded, the headtube itself may be cast, with further machining, although that doesn't affect the strength. It's just low quality aluminum. Theoretically, according to the design, it should be stronger than a Phoenix. They just use low quality aluminum. That's what happens when you get parts made in China, they will cheap you out and make your parts for as low of a cost as they can, without telling you what corners they are cutting.
