i want a new one... i cant ride the headtube angle it comes with. and i need a 4 inch deck.

I couldn't ride the headtube angle at first either. I then moved my pro headtube so it was almost the exact same as the tsi and then in a days riding i had it down. I also really enjoy the 4.5inch deck plate, its just a little bigger which is nicer, but i hated the 5inch deck plate, it sucked complete dick.
