I broke mine too. They dont snap, they seperate like a v1 district fork or an olllld Frid fork. the crown welds just break and the legs slide right off.

could just get it re-welded then, wont be that hard. plus while your at it you could get new tubing i guess

TSI's warranty policy is that they will either replace it if it's within 90 days of the purchase, or if after the period they will give you a reduced price on a v2.

However, if you post pictures of the broken deck, it voids the warranty because it makes an already struggling company, who make great parts, look bad.

tsi is our favorite company. we've been riding their old decks and new since we started, but to be honest the deck wasnt that old, a little bit over the 90 days i think. not sure, they're legit as hell but oh well, shit breaks over time. doesnt mean either of us are gonna stop, he's riding heptron bars/thom cat fork and all that shit and if they dont warranty it, he'll just buy another.

they had a problem with the first one because they welded it differently... the v2 is alot stronger. they dont want people seeing broken v1's and not knowing about the v2's and just thinking that they suck. pretty fair if you ask me.
