Pretty epic break for a pro i snapped one of my bolts for the foldy too

i think thats cause you didn't take the back plate off and over tightened the bolts. I couldn't get the plate off so I took to it with a hacksaw. Perfecto...

sorry bout the double post

Hey guys. I've seen a couple of people in this thread break their QCS forks. Even though the design seemed flawless at first and the performances are awesome, it seems that the tube needs to be thicker or we need to heat treat up to T6.

All forks coming out from QCS from now on have the extra thick forktube (thicker than the old ones). Plus, the bearing casings are integrated in the casting, for better spinning. The integrated starnut has been changed for a threaded instert which you can take in or take out at ease, to make it easy to switch from ICS to SCS/HIC.

To those who broke their fork I am sorry. Please send me an email and I will replace your broken fork with either a new one or some other parts. It's my fault and I assume the mistake.

Send an email to qcscooters@gmail.com . It'll be my pleasure to repair my mistake.

Keeping it legit!

QCS are so legit (that's how every scooter company should be) paying that much for parts should at LEAST have 1 year warranty if not lifetime
can't wait till I can afford the forks
