no idea how it happend i did like a tiny hang 5 kinda thing then face planted.
( the bars broke not the fork)

yeh. that hole was at the top of the slits...( probably a weak spot in the bars)
scooter is fixed now aswell got new outer tube

It is rusted because... I don't care about looks, only functionality and it works... really good. I make, test and abuse too many parts to worry about making them look "good". Also, any modification or repairs that need to be done on painted parts is a nightmare so I leave all prototypes raw because they are always works in progress. And I am riding WEEs because the WEE Simplex bars are scheduled to be one of the first product reviews on the new SR.

bump. its been a bad week.

snapped ANOTHER reinforced threadless sr fork http://i38.tinypic.com/20avuhg.jpg

also snapped my super reinforced tank pro deck in half, the bolts ripped out and the front fell off. lasted almost two years though. fuck yes reinforcements. no pic of that though.
