use grease and carefully put them back in. make sure they are clean tho.but if the cage is too damaged, then you need a whole new bearing

You Can run just the ball bearings with no cage if you have enough, just use a lot of grease and make sure your headset stays tight so they dont fall out Lol. I ran my BMX like this for about 3 months when i was too poor for a new H/S.

Guttered as but got Scorcher and SCS on the way :D

haha but bought my first sealed headset I've EVER owned last week(FSA Orbit X) and it is amazing :) I highly reccomend getting one!
