i woudlnt use that, you cant use the lcd. you should never film blindwithout the lcd. at least while filming a line with a fisheye.
never used it, never will. i made a new handle and its super tight. i'll get pictures up probly before i leave on tuesday, or after i come hone on thursday, but its a bent piece of metal coming off the hot shoe thing with an ovalized handlebar with a rubber grip on it. feels good and looks clean too, and it isn't all wobbly like my first thing that i made when my camera was broken.
edit: shelby,
unscrew the included macro lense from the fisheye, it will make a better fisheye effect and might straighten it out. also, unscrew the top thing off the fhiseye and put it back on to make sure the threads are alligned good
edit: my "new" camera:
opteka fisheye, same as kenko
stock diamondback grip on an aluminum handlebar that is ovalized
new battery, got it a year ago and never used it much. the eyepiece thing fell off and i can't get it back on
lense cap is on, note that the macro lense is taken off, that's why its shorter than most kenkos/optekas
ZR-85 for life! (or until it breaks again)
some kid hit it against a wall real hard to try to get the eyepiece thing back on, and that's how it broke. I took it apart last night and put the screws back in after i cleared some dust inside, and it works! the other option was to pay canon $200 dollars to LOOK at it, not FIX it. the total price was going to be around $350, and it only cost me like $300.
