Windows 7 is a beast.

I've heard good things about it.
Man, my bios is fu(ked, i've had the computer for just a year and a half, and it cost me 1'500 dollars, obviously im on a different computer.
similar problem happened to my year old laptop, apparently there was a chemical contamination at the factory, I've had the worst luck with MY boxes. im on my parents 8 Yo compaq, still going strong.

It works good. Any laptop that can run Sony Vegas, Photoshop, and After Effects all at the same time without a problem = okay in my book.

I just wish i had a better video graphics card so i cold tear it up on COD4 more often.

What kind of video card is in it? I bout After Effects runs decent if theres an intel card in there, like mine. I regret dropped money on my laptop because the graphics card blows.
