ashz893scootys. how did u make your quad clamp (knuckles). i mean did you use a solid block of aluminum. if so how did you cut it. i know this is the wrong thread but i'm just wondering. thanks. or does any one else know

my dad made my half knuckle out of a block of aluminium... with a milling machine

Homemade mod to a Razor double clamp. I'm sure its been done before, but i was bored. I did using a hacksaw, file, and drill. Works for any bars without the chance of stripping the clamp. And all you need is a 3/16" allen key to tighten/loosen it, due to the fact that the nut rests up against the clamp.
