I'm a big kid. I built all of this(bars, fork, deck, etc) so I could start riding again after two years of being too big for razors lol. I'll post my other stuff up later

props dude. deck is mad legit, interesting way of making the headtube!

Why not the one-piece decks? My next deck will be on a 3-bolt system, but most likely different than the one that comes on a stock razor. I just want to try it out.

Funny story, I was riding last night and I broke my wrist and banged my hip bad enough I can hardly walk.

Bump, I love these homebuilt theads; more people should post! It's cool to see what everyone is making.

I put together a new fork from some scrap today. The total cost came out to a whopping $1.50 for the tubing and plate. Ignore the top of the tube, I salvaged it and did not do any cosmetic work.

Here's the materials I used:
7/8x7/8x1/6 Mild steel tubing
1/8 Mild Steel Sheet
1.12OD 1020 DOM tubing w/ .125 wall
Lower bearing race sleeve salvaged from a razor fork
Duplicolor Lacquer Primer/Mineral Spirits sprayed with my prime gun
Flux Core welded, (Shielding gas price is up, wth?)
