1" 6060-T5 Al bar, drilled and tapped a hole down centre. Now I have pegs, took like 5 mins to machine.

You should probably put 2 holes in your flexy or else it'll get undialed.

2) 3mm alumium 1 inch

My thoughts exactly dubya its hard to drill and it flexes becuase of the ridges but it looks Awesome
