Yeah well lets hear who got you into scooters and whos your Idol and all?

Well for me I would have to say Jasper, back in the day at Ponsonby Intermediate (Intermediate=Jounior High (sp?) ) And we were alowed to ride your scooters/skateboards/bikes at lunch time up on the net ball courts so one day I decided to take my scooter to school (I didnt do trick just ride it around like a lil kiddy) And I saw Jasper manualing net ball courts and busting tailwhips and all this sick stuff but I didnt really get into tricks at that stage. A while later I moved to Australia and I remeberd Jabba busting some sick ass stuff and then I saw my scooter in the garage so I decided to start scooting! After a while of doing gay crap I moved houses and met a guy called Cohen, he pushed me a bit more and showed me some things that I didnt really think you could do on a scooter, then he moved away shortly after and I met Sam who has scooted as long as me which was rad. Then eventually I met Jordan and the whole "Gold Coast Scene" thing kicked off after a shit load of kids saw us scooting and decided to start scootering and now theres over 70+ kids scootering on the Gold Coast, and about 10 can tailwhip but never the less its crazy lol.

So thats pretty much all becasue of Jasper right there. !heart
Jasper = My hero! :O

So lets hear some of your storys of how you met the person that started your scootering? That is if someone did lol.

there is a guy that used to scooter near me called dan but most people call him toffy. He got me into scootering as i used to watch him tailwhip and 360 etc and just be amazed, he was my inspiration and he got me started. Hes now gone on to bikes and hes sponsered by MBUK and ridestreet. So i guess hes done well for himself but i want him to scoot really!

This will probably get locked cause it's been brought up several times before. But anyways, I would have to go with Josh Toy, Ricky, Coedie, Silas, Will B, Terry, KC, and the usual that everyone says

The guy who got me started and all was scott from T.O. when I saw him at greenwood park one day pulling off these crazy one footed tricks. And I also have to give credit to Josh Toy because his video on youtube somehow led me to find SR and I learned that there was more to scootering than tailwhips and 180's. But my heros as of right now has got to be coedie, phil, and john radtke because they are all insanely, ridiculously amazing.

Probably Addy for his street skills and Andrew Brabank for his street skills (I've watched his mini a million times) and Jason D. because he's the first real scoot rider I knew besides my crew.
