There really isn't a program, just site down and think about it one day. The basics are pretty much 3/4 ply on the outside and 2x4s every 8 inches. For the transition you use the string and compass method, which is long to explain and I won't be very clear, so I suggest searching it on Google.

and my friends driveway is steep enough to be called a bank, so that too.
My back yard is like 6' by 12' so yeah, fail.

so stoked. took about 2 hours after my dad came home from work to get started on this halfpipe. 3 1/2 feet tall, 3 foot deck, and its gonna have a flatbottom. there is a possibility of it being done saturday.... :)

eww man, 3 1/2? Why not 4 or something that is fun for flowing on, or at least good airs. and what about the slot for coping?
