what about grinding though?? When i wanna grind a rail i move the front foot up before jumping to balance on the rail better while i grind. how do u do that if half the deck if gripped??
unless you waxed your deck or wet it, it wont matter.. ive rode gripless a few times and could triple whip fine
if your moving your foot up to balance thats pretty weird, i grind on the back of the deck closest to the wheel and you dont even need to balance

I went up to Reno one time to the skatepark and I was riding a new a with b foldy and stock griptape. I was having trouble keeping the deck under me. But then again I was wearing some worn out Reynolds 2 with hardly any grip. But I usally don't ride scooters with no grip.
