a peice of steel with one end drilled and threaded to screw into the axel and the other end drilled out to make lighter
i used a lathe so it was easy

Its a Shadow lean seatpost for a bike and the pole is a kmart trolley pole... haha

haha.... can you post pics of ur bars upclose so i can see how the seat clamp kinda holds it on cuz it looks cool might be fun to try. do you like ur bars like that? what size? and lmao how do u guys get trolley poles (there like shopping cart handles right) ?? do u cut them off or sumpthing haha im dumb

figured out a way to get my growped bars on an old steertube/t tube, its solid, but theres no way im riding my bars that wide haha, im cutting them down and probably changing the grips if i end up keeping these

I got it from a surf store in aussie that sells skateboard stuff to.
And i reinforced my deck with a peice of metal they use for holding wire fences up. i just drilled through it and the scooter and bolted it.
