Stan, how'd you get them wider? Just weld on some more tubing? Because I've been looking to do that to my Rads.

i doubt that he welded something to the old bars because it would be weak. Besides, the whole rad crew is pretty near to Stan anyway so my guess is that he got new ones and moved the stickers to the newer bars too.

edit:
i went riding with my scoot a few days ago and i got to test the welded mech. It was solid. No bolts needed indeed.
I messed up my headset a little while putting it back, so i have to repair it a bit :/

Alrighty, here it is. Went up from 15" to 16", just to be safe on a first try. First I took some old bars from a scoot, cut two half inch pieces off of them. Then I took off my bar ends, put the newly cut pieces on the bar ends, then put the bar ends back in, and slid the grips over the new pieces. Voila, wider bars.

This idea was given to me by the man whose last name is that of an alcoholic beverage, and who also has 19" Rad bars.
