i'll get pictures later but i got a new A pro foldy 110 yak in front 100 in back fsa sealed pig headseat dub clamp ceramic bearings that spin like crazy hoffman grips i hate them there to grippy haha bolted bars renforced fork.

and i got a question i brake these scooters alot like right at the foldy whats a way to renforce them from snapping or the top just ripping off?

i was tihnking of using square metal tubing like i saw on here but how would that help from the top of my scooter right under the foldy from snapping off ?!

k, the new a model came with a weird curved metal plate that goes under the folding mech. when you drill the new a deck, drill with that plate in it, and then go back and cut slots off the side of that plate so the bolts can fit in to hold the foldy, its nice and strong since its meant for the new a deck but is drilled to fit the pro folding mech.

ya htats exacltly what i have but the tops still seem to crack right on where the little rigges are on top of the deck and the top just folds off

I heard that you're not supposed to do that, that you have to use an alluminum plate because the steel and alluminum don't work together well.

it doesn't really matter what you use for a plate just so it balances out the pull of it and the pressure on the metal my plate is all messed up because of how many times i have broken the tops off my new A's

if you do the sqare tubing thing like you say then put the bolts that hold the fold on into the square tubing aswell by drilling through it and it won't rip off
