I got new Yaks and I added a small peg to the front of my scoot today, haven't had a chance to test it though yet.
Oh - and my camera is tempremental, apologies for the blurry first pic.

Stan your pro-model deck looks so dialed. If the bolts, washers and nuts look the same too, it would be perfect.
Spencer's scoot looks pretty clean. What i don't like about the peg is that the bolt should be the opposite way, so the empty part of the bolt won't show up at the top of the peg, otherwise you may screw it up.
No problem. I've had a case when i was having trouble getting the nut off because the threads at the top of the bolt was messed up by hitting it everywhere after riding that peg for 8 months. If it was the head of the bolt, then they have less problems getting them off even if they are round.
in the pics with the green bars i was trying to accomplish a one piece tube through it to make it stronger and used two small screws to tighten it up against the inside tube but the only stuff i could find laying around to fit was a handle off a broom (allen getts' idea and i took it from him) which was almost paper thin and it worked for a while riding it but soon it got dents then holes where the screws were so i ditched it and got some new fly grips
those barends were a bitch to get in until i figured out the trick to make it all too easy
