I'm gonna get the Whisper brake and the VertX clamp, and then paint the bars black. Its gonna look so nice. For new grips, I'm still uncertain. And I need to re-grip and get rid of the headtube badge.

Those silicone grips? Really? I've seen those at a local bike shop before, but they look thin and like they wouldn't be all too comfortable.
