Rawed, sanded, metal brush on hand drill, slightly polished, lacquered.

and whats the fixed fender like to ride?

Nearly killed myself on the first day because of trying to hit the spot
where the brake used to be. There was a really small quarterpipe right
after a flybox so i basicly flew over the quarterpipe to the other side as
a result. After a week or so I got used to it. It changed my riding style a bit,
I ride less tech now. No snapping brakes, no drama.
