It actually came off pretty clean, and it's still dirty on the back, you just can't tell from the picture.

Edit: They're actually 10mm, which is basically 3/8, just like a millimeter bigger. And yeah, they're all the same size, I drill out the bottom hole and the front one a tiny bit.
