okay so you get a threadless headset
put ur fork on. file down the inside of the seatpost so theres no ridge inside, put it over the fork, put ur bars on. have someone push down really hard on the bars so everythings all tight, while there doing so.
you tighten the seatpost. then tighten bars down.
if you do it right, no wiggle and ur good to go.
