it's my brothers prototype 
edit: There isn't a clamp because it's a integrated barfork system. Fork tube is a T-Tube too.

^ sounds like a good idea, but wouldnt that give more leverage for the tube to break?

how can you even say that? im 6 foot 2 and they feel perfect for me. why would i cut them? so my scooter looks cooler? i think high bars look better when your riding it anyway
