I think thats just an optical illusion. They go in towards the back wheel, not down.

It's most likely a prototype. Thus saying it will look cleaner and work better in production when it's sold.

The gussets on the bars looks sketch but everything else is nice.
How wide bars and deck?

gussets are amazing and deck is 4.5 wide and bars are 22 high 20 wide
