The Bars and fork were polished and clearcoated, the deck was just polished.
I finally built it up.
Bars: 22x20 HIC Crows
Grips: ODI Longnecks
Clamp: Proto Halk Knuckle
Headset: Cane Creek S-3
Deck: Rawed MGP
Fork: SenioR
Wheels: Dual 110mm Coedie's
Bearings: Bones Reds
Brake: Madd

I had one black on silver spoked slider. If I had the matching one, I would have put them on there. These were the only wheels I had that matched, and they are also the wheels that I actually ride. They are fast, so they work.

new or old ? but yes for both, new eagles are stronger,old style look cooler but are alot weaker
