they were definitely comfy while they lasted, but they've since been worn down a LOT and are completely bare towards the middle :/

I also purchased 2 of the new Yak Scats (1 orange, 1 green) that were shipped out with my grips. I don't care much at all for color coordination, so I don't mind have many inconsistent color schemes.

haha, well let's hope nothing goes wrong, it's the only setup I have currently. :[
also, I think that as long as I made it a point to tighten the locknut casually before it DOES have a chance to get loose, I should be fine. Headtubes only ovalize when there is play in between the fork and the headset, and that won't happen if everything is tightened consistently.
