i wouldnt paint the fork i would just paint the bars candy red and that would look sick

agreed powdercoat them red or raw the bars and get red grips, just to help balance out with the forks

Defiantely paint fork yellow IMO.
Pretty sure a painter would know the best way to get it from red to yellow.
