They ordered the wrong head set but it worked any ways. It's actually a sick head set. except for the threaded compression.

Well technically internal would be better for the scooter than integrated, cause internal actually has a little cup that's pressed in (not so little on that scooter) so if the cups get messed up, you just put new ones in. With integrated the bearings roll right on the headtube, so if/when it gets messed up you gotta get a new frame (or deck in the scooter's case). But integrated is much more widely spread than internal, and as Sean said, probably cheaper.
