The one posted is indeed Chris's scooter. The kid posted pictures of Chris's scooter because the other kid who posted up HIS scooter, which had one of the unreleased Chris G sig decks, took the picture down because it got too much attention from people wondering how he got it. Everyone that didn't get to see it wondered what it was, so a picture of Chris's scooter was posted to show what it was that people were gawking about.
