ha i gonna paint the pegs black and gold and then repaint bars and clamps and then its done i dont normally break forks and bars so there is no point in threadless all i need no is to make a homemade flex fender

you mean up sweep?? all you need to do is pull the cross bar up. or if you mean the style of your cross bar well... if your cross bar is from a mountain bike or any bike of that sort it will fit
