Actually it feels pretty good. If the parts are balanced then you are getting used to them pretty fast. I once rode my friend's TSI and it felt amazing (at that moment I was riding micro XT deck which was really hard to control).
Plus light scooters is really my thing since I mainly ride flatland and tech street.

I just hate light scooters , and I ride mostly street aswell

put some EVA foam on that and maybe some extreme grip and then you will have full grip when hittimg up the park

Cheap headset + expensive fork/wheels is the normal set up lol.

Lol I got it for an Eastern bike frame and the kid had it that way before me. It has a coedie in the back (not plastic!) and I am gonna get pry bars and some lucky forks to make it normal. Sorry rob that my scoot is confusing. ;)
