naa i just went and swooped it up from the phoenix shop, didn't even notice it didn't have the cut out till you guys pointed it out hahaha. I just think it hasnt gotten the cut out yet and it didn't go to anodizing yet. new drop outs though if ya look closely. and they are ultra pro bars hahahaha.
