I asked Travis House about that and he said never just because its too expensive, if you want chrome t bars get some source primary bars

these ones were made by matt thom, but my first pair i got done on my own. these were a one of bar, made for cootercon & the seattle jam. we dont have the funds to put out a chrome bar to the public right now, but one day i will see to it that they become available.
