fitting heptrons into a proto SCS is the hardest thing I've ever done

sand the paint off of them, and stick a pair of bars that is thinner in while you're coin tricking it so the coin doesn't slip into the slot the bars fit into, thats probably your issue is the coin moves as you tighten and gets in the cylinder where the bars should be and then they don't fit.

last post about me trying to make sure my scooter is prefect.
everything is tight, like really fucking tight, bars are in, grip tape is on. but when i land a trick theres this little buzzing, like a vibrating? it makes it sound super bad.... any ideas?

If it's not your headset or brake then it's your wheel bearings. Take your wheels off and hit the bearings with a hammer, sometimes they shift slightly and the bearing spacer has just enough room to make a buzzing noise. Legit only has to be out by 1 mm and it will make a noise so just hit them with a hammer and if they're still buzzing it may be that your bearings are corroded away so you will need to replace the bearings and bearing spacers. If you've just put new bearings in then your wheels may be ovalised.
