Its just an integrated headset, meaning no top or bottom cups to pound in/out, the bearing cartridge sits in the frame instead. Its what most BMX companies use now. It's easier and cheaper.
You can find em on danscomp and other BMX stores, same as standard headsets.

it comes on a fuzion nx scooter it wasn't ment to be a scooter fork but it works as one.
and if you get it from the fuzion nx scooter than its not going to look like the one on the picture.
you have to grind it down as much as you like and yes they all come threaded.

looks to me like he used a old A and pretty much cut the deck plate off and put square tube underneath it.

I always wanted a supersonic, I think they look sick as a front wheel. Apparently they are shit though, lol.
