I would get an Sanyo FH1 there half the price of that camera, and that fisheye is good.
And no, step up rings come with the Lens.

i dont really care about price because i just sold that camera i bought off Joe Riley to some fool in Nigeria and made $200! haha im still going with the Canon, but it has a 35mm lens (im pretty sure?) and the opteka fisheye only comes with step up rings for 25mm, 30mm, and 30.5. So wouldnt i need that other 35mm-37mm step up ring?

yes this will work.i think you need a 34 to 37 mm stepup ring

i need to paint the front handle, smooth out the welds, and counter balance the back. Also I need a matte box and a follow focus.

no you need a 34 mm. look for the filter size.

I'd say save up for a opteka baby death. I have a Sony DCR SX-45 and they work BEAUTIFULLY.
