Ryann, it is so sick , lovely colours and pretty simple or as complex as you want.
Really good for the price! Duno what the D40 is like so i cant compare.

he shouldve at least gotten a 3 chip; like a gs230 or something

but if its the case that thats all his parents can afford, then its good to at least have a camera, and ive read that thats a good 1 chipper :)
