Do it, have you parents call your home owners insurance. Have them ask about insuring it for non commercial use or possibly student use, i didn't need to show proof it was for educational purposes. If they don't insure specifically for camera, it might be able to get covered by floaters insurance.

and my friend brett knows who jacked andys camera. he was trying to sell it at burgess skatepark and bretts gonna get get it back this weekend

also im gonna get my first two rolls of film developed, hope they came out =]

The odd thing is, Andy was in the middle of trading the VX for the DVX to some guy on SkatePerception. Everyone thinks he's a huge scammer now, and that he's making all this up.
