• Flip UltraHD (bought with broken Opteka FlipEye), $50
• DIY Scrap steel handle, free
• Zykkor 180º .2x Fisheye, $70 (Christmas Present)
• Random bright as fuck LED flashlight, found on sidewalk
• Tripod screw, rubber bands, bike grip, wooden shim

Total cost: ~$140 if I had bought everything myself. Puts out footage just as good as any MiniDV industry standard cam. I'll edit this post with some throwaway test footage later today.
